Patient records contain protected health information (PHI), and the app is built to safeguard it.
Your data stays in your practice
Section titled “Your data stays in your practice”Every record belongs to a single practice. Providers only ever see their own practice’s data — there is no cross-practice access. This tenant isolation is enforced throughout the app.
How PHI is protected
Section titled “How PHI is protected”- Encryption — sensitive patient fields are encrypted.
- Access controls — roles determine what each provider can see and do.
- Access logging — access to patient records is recorded for auditing.
Support is a non-PHI channel
Section titled “Support is a non-PHI channel”Our in-app support widget is for help with using the app. Please don’t include patient details in a support message. Attachments are disabled in the support widget to help prevent accidental sharing of PHI.
