Create your account & practice

  1. Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, work email, and a password.
  2. Verify your email address if prompted.
  3. Sign in.

The first time you sign in, you’ll create your practice — your organization’s workspace. Give it a name; this is what your team will see when they log in.

Everything you record lives inside this practice, and it stays private to your practice. Providers from other practices can never see your data.

Add the rest of your midwives and staff so they can log in and record care under the same practice.

  1. Open Settings → Team (or Providers) from the sidebar.
  2. Choose Invite provider and enter their email.
  3. Pick their role — roles control what each person can see and do.
  4. Send the invite. They’ll get an email with a link to set up their account.

Invited providers join your practice automatically and only ever see your practice’s records.
