Subscription & billing

You manage your subscription yourself from the in-app billing portal — no need to email us to make changes.

  1. Open Settings → Billing from the sidebar.
  2. From here you can review your current plan, update payment details, and see your billing history.

In the billing portal, choose a different plan to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect according to your plan terms, and your next invoice is adjusted accordingly.

Add or replace the card on file in the billing portal. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — card details are never stored on our servers.

Your past invoices are listed in the billing portal, where you can download a copy for your records.

You can cancel from the billing portal. Your practice keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
