Which states can I file birth worksheets for?
A birth worksheet is a pre-filled state filing artifact generated straight from a birth record — a draft of the paperwork your state’s vital-records office expects for a birth certificate, populated with the detail you already captured. You review it and sign it, so nothing is filed until an attendant has checked it.
Supported states
Section titled “Supported states”The registry can currently produce filing artifacts for three states. More states are added over time.

The Washington parentage affidavits are only offered when the birth’s parentage determination calls for one — they aren’t generated for every Washington birth.
