Overview
This app helps midwifery practices record — or import — births and the clinical detail around them once, then turn that single record into the state paperwork you file and analytics across the whole caseload. Enter a birth once, and everything downstream falls out of it.
Who it’s for

How the pieces fit together
Section titled “How the pieces fit together”The app is organized around a small set of connected ideas:
- Practice — your organization. Everything in the app belongs to a practice, and each practice’s data is kept separate from every other practice’s.
- Providers — the midwives and staff who log in. Providers belong to a practice and only ever see that practice’s records.
- Patients — the birthing people in your care.
- Births — a recorded birth event for a patient, with the clinical detail you capture around it.
- Babies — the newborn(s) recorded as part of a birth.
In short: a practice has providers, who care for patients, who have births, which produce babies.
What you can do

- Log births and their clinical detail — or import existing records from your other systems, so nothing is entered twice.
- Produce the pre-filled state vital-records paperwork you file for each birth.
